you would know
i lost my oldest sister to drugs
If you really knew me
you would know that
i dont get along with my family
If you really knew me
you would know my other
oldest sister moved out and didnt care how i felt
If you really knew me you would know me and my other oldest sister that i look up to hates me and we fight all the time
If you really knew me
you would know ive cut myself and im not proud of it
If you really knew me you would know i really need a friend right now so if you can find it in your heart please message me

That didn't happen in my life but anways. Anyone could of written it

True, simple poems can be appreciated, but this doesn't have any poetic style to it, it's just a prose rant and the last line makes it seem like a joke

and adding spaces between lines doesnt make just anything written into a poem?
