I've never eaten meat. It's just because of the way I feel and I don't think it's right but I really don't want to go in the matter.

6/7 because I've always loved animals, I was considering becoming Vegi and after I watched Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall kill his Pigs on River Cottage I knew I had to be.

Nah I would feel as if I was being pathetic if I turned vegetarian. Obviously I don't like the fact that animals have to die but the whole world only survives due to food chains. I'm sure you have all learned about it at school.. Like how algae gets eaten by tiny fish, then the tiny fish get eaten by some small fish, then how the small fish get eaten by sharks etc. If all lions decided that they didn't want to kill for the food so couldn't eat boar/deer or whatever then they would simply just die out. We need meat in our diet, there are other substitutes but it is nature to eat other animals. I couldn't imagine life as a vegetarian, a life of artificial nutrients and not being able to enjoy many kinds of different food. I love my nice juicy steaks and fish such as salmon/bass/monkfish, it's all I ever eat when we go out for meals and I would never change that for some fake substitute.

you don't need artificial substitutes to be a vegetarian! the only hard thing to get plenty of being vegetarian is protein, so you have to eat beans etc.
    goodbye.

I'm sorry but thats bull. I hate it when people use this argument because it has no real basis. It's also natural to be tribalistic and to kill other humans that invade upon your property but you don't. Humans are the only species to truly understand the difference between right and wrong, that's a natural phenomena and it's what turns people to vegetarianism. Oh and no, we don't need meat in our diets, on average Vegetarians live longer than people who eat meat because although they consume less protein they also consume less fat and other such nasty things. I have no problem with people eating meat, it's completely their choice and I totally understand it but claiming eating meat is right because it's "natural" is utter ********. Plenty of animals are herbivores.
