Before you open a site you really need a few basic things.

HTML Knowledge, it sorta helps
Domain, not a crappy free one
Layout, Not a crappy free one
For a site like this a good team helps.


This could be a good site, but just the above is needed.

Doesn't look too habboey (if thats a word haha) but you've had a good go at it, try adding a few more habbo images around the site, maybe make the background into a habbo one. Site works better than other sites I've seen, even if it is a simple free pre-created layout.
