Hiya, I'm thinking about getting a Kindle for ma birthday. I've spoken to a few people who have them and they love them, but I'm sure they aren't 100% fabulous. I just want to get a few pros and cons, how much you use your kindle, and where you download books from.

    thnx xoxo

Well the pros are purely the things people have said, it's lightweight, good memory, good design etc
The only thing i'd mention is it's black and white with no back light so you have to use a light when reading in the dark but I guess that's the purpose of it.

Also, you can download books from numerous websites if you get what i'm saying.

They become particularly useful for our A Level English course I love it personally and I can access my books and notes on my PC/laptop/phone and iPad too. My nan also loves hers because it's easier to hold, she can take more books on holiday and change the font sizes.

As said, it doesn't have a backlight but that helps reduce eye strain.
