Limited release, then it's hitting Blu-ray, which is the print being shown in cinemas. We have a review going up very soon on the site as the press screening was three weeks ago. Funnily enough everyone was pissed that the presser for Back to the Future coincided with Buried, but my Editor and I saw Buried a week prior as it was the replacement for A Serbian Film at FrightFest.

Why wasnt saving private ryan re-released? top gun? greece?

Limited release, then it's hitting Blu-ray, which is the print being shown in cinemas.

I was thinking that's why it's really being re-released, giant marketing campaign kinda. I can imagine ads for the box-set showing before it comes on.
