Default Where do you fit exercise into your schedule?

Throughout the week I'm normally in school monday to friday 9am - 4pm, the time I get home I'm absolutely shattered and I normally have a hell of allot to work to do. Saturday and Sunday are my resting days, I'd stay in bed until 1ish otherwise il be wrecked by monday. Fair enough I'd have all saturday and sunday afternoon but I have other things to do such as study. After I study I'm mentally drained and if I was to exercise before I study I would be too tired to study.

    What can I do?

Walk to or from school a couple of days or for the entire week if it's not miles and miles away.

Well no but I had a wild guess that you didn't and suggested that as it's better than nothing. Just have to get motivated and do it when you've free time really.

I don't really exercise but I am quite active, I walk my dog as much as I can and our walks are normally over 1+ hours. I eat quite healthily as well and try to avoid junk food or food that will be heavy on my tummy. I eat lots of foods rich in iron, protein etcc. I also walk too and from college which is around a 45 - 50 min walk. - I'm not some health freak, I am far from it - You always have time to incorporate some sort of activity into your life otherwise you will just fudge out and get FAT

I bought a exercise vid for my mum (she asked for it k :|) and so I just whip that out when I'm bored on the computer and do about half an hour or so.

Walk from home to the train station, then from the train station to college everyday.

I go to the gym on the weekends after I've done my homework
