How do you get rid of walls and floor?

Yeah not being on properly in a while, and not made a room is years! But i seen someones room yesterday it had no walls and no floor, i can get rid of the walls just no idea about the floor, any idea anyone ?

Red wall paper & flooring
Then turn on a moodlight and set it to dark blue - background only

The above are correct but if you are a VIP member you get the option to remove the walls without having to use the red wallpaper and moodlight.
