I'm impressed that this was done with Paint. It still looks good, even though it was the background being changed and a couple other things here and there.
The second one is my favorite, if you were wondering.

Really, I like my halloween one the most, this here is what i made to put in ,and the other changes are done on it, like the goo oceans and blood pools etc.

I Like the second one the most. I'm not keen on the people or bats on the first one, they need to be reworked.

They both look nice, although the Halloween one where the Picnic Area big stand thing I thought it was just scribbled out and you forgot to remove it at first and then I realised it was the spider web. Also, the lollypop at the top of the Hotel doesn't fit the Halloween design, try something more Halloween related maybe?
Habbo should make the Hotel View different at certain times based on the person's timezone, would be quite nice!
