Well we have a virgin router and my dads changed the password so my mum could get on, the problem is she cant remember it although all our computers (bar one) is there any way to find out the password or even reset it? The computer softwares on my dads laptop thats in Miami at the moment and he doesn't have his phone and is pretty much out of the equation

connect it to router via ethernet, login to router config, get pass..

If you mean the admin password you'll probably have to reset it by using a pen or something and holding down the reset switch for 5 - 10 seconds, if it's the WEP key then you can log in to the router and change it if it doesn't allow you to view it.

Not necessarily, if it isn't those IPs just go to START > Windows + R > CMD > type "ipconfig" and look for the IP under "Gateway". Originally Posted by Lewiie15
