Hey,
I was out playing football with me mates and I pulled a muscle in my groin, it happened on Monday and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Anyone can say 'go to a doctor' but I'm not asking if I should go to a doctor I'm asking for advice on how to get the pain to go away.
Have anyone of you ever pulled your groin muscle? If so how did you get back to normal?
I need to get this sorted asap as its interfering with my daily workout.
