Dida resubmission

is it possible to resubmit the same unit?
i.e. i done the "out and about" one, could I add to that and resubmit it?

He initially said we couldnt redo it because the thing was out of date, next lesson I said it was valid until december (which it was) then he said we just couldnt resubmit it and therefore I do not trust a word he says.

so i emailed edexcel yesterday expecting a few days delay (hence why i asked here first just incase i got a quick reply) and heres what i got:
