Right, basically i have planned a UV party for my birthday, i got a converted basement so its pretty much pitch black with no lights.

I was looking at blackbulbs are they were really expensive to put everywhere so i saw these -click-

*the ebay link isnt the ones its on here http://www.glow.co.uk/black-light-bulb-uv.html the £10 ones but the site is down for me*

Would they at all make uv more vivid? or just look crap? :L

Also, does UV body paint glow without a uv light? (Like glowsticks glow if u just have it dark)

    Thanks

I reckon it'll look like your running some sort of prostitution racket down there.

uv paint just looks like paint if it's not under uv light.

That seller has a top rated status/62,000+ feedback/99.8% positive feedback so I'm pretty sure the bulb will do exactly what it is supposed to do.

They give a UV effect, they won't help the UV actual glow to paint and all that stuff (I think).
