Well i booked a holiday with my ex about a year ago for a holiday with Goldtrail in sept, but as they bust we never got to go. They said we'd get a refund and gave me a number to ring but i moved provider and forgot to ring them which is a disapointment as it was quite a lot of money, I need the number asap so +rep for the number

Well it says they should be completing looking at the claims in 6/8 weeks so I would guess 4/6 months. Have you made a claim?
