Right basically ive been working in a kitchen for like 6 months? Its a state not gonna lie they have provided me with no paperwork no clothes its a complete joke, I seriously need to cover my own back from EHO. Im gonna start doing all the paperwork an everything, ive done this before i just cant find my old folders or my nvq stuff its driving me insane,

Anyway i need to know what is compulsary, (illegal not to have it)

Temperature sheets
Accident log

Ive got the following but im not sure if its compulsary to have:

Cleaning rota
Delivery sheet
