Above is Inseriousity.'s Habbo (Competitions manager). Now, he will deny this if you ask him, but he secretly opened out to me and declared how jealous he is of all everyone's chibis which seem to have hit Habbox. He really wants one of himself. This is why I made this. For this competition you need to create a Chibi graphic for Inseriousity.
