Reliable store?

The HTPC case I'm wanting is discontinued so very few places stock it now, the places that do (still are getting 'stock in' and don't literally have them) are Okobe.co.uk and EclipseComputers.com

Has anyone bought from these before or know of any reliability problems?

Eclipsecomputers were alrightish for me, they delivered on time etc but their communications were crappy.

Did you pay by PayPal by any chance? Don't really like to use my CC on smaller sites and I can't see any PayPal logos on the site.
