Present Trouble?

Present saids for another user on facebook to open up your gift, for you.
But when, they do I don't recieve my gift " santa teleports " .
Is anyone having issues like that? or, know how to solve it?

I've just cheated with mine

I put the help message on facebook and then went on my mums account and clicked help and then boom my present opened
