HP France??

I've had my bank statement through and I've had £15.35 leave my account on the 17th December by HP France and I have no idea what it was for, I googled the name to see if I could find out the company who it is and It's just the french HP company, I've never bought anything from them in my life

My mum had this problem, she was shopping and got a call from her card company asking if she'd bought something over the phone the day before. She said no so they cancelled the payment and shutdown her card until she got back and could re-set it or whatever.

Just inform them it wasn't you, and see if you have a payment from the same day in another place to prove it?
