Train def to 60 n wear drag although I personally would keep you mage + range levels at least 5+ higher than your other cb levels

Atm tho you could use granite shield? Obby cape?

normally i'd say whip / d scimitar however you cant wield either soooooo, id get your attack up first open a few doors, get 60 attack (first priority) do lost city quest so you can wear dragon longsword (2nd priority)
wear Granite shield with d long, and then you should be set for training.

After you've done monkey madness so you can wear Scimitar, wear it

If you Renew membership try getting a fighters' torso from the barbarian assualt minigame, has same str bonus as bcp. (bandos chestplate), you can get there by teleporting with a games necklace.
