    Default Big Hits 2011 [+rep]

Basically, post some people you think will become big hits in 2011.

They may already be big and just get more hits like Rihanna in 2010, or they may burst onto the mainstream scene from smaller scenes like Tinie Tempah and Bruno Mars did last year.

+rep for playing and we'll come back this time next year and see who got who right!

(yes it's basically like the technology thing but Music style)

    My predictions are:

Justin Timberlake will be back with his new album
One of the people from the BBC list will make it, but the others will be unheard of as usual - I couldn't say which because I haven't heard them.
Some of the old bands from the 80s/90s will return
Ellie Goulding will get a few more Number 1s
Matt Cardle will stay strong and get at least 2 number 1s

Edit: Nickelback are returning, I hope to see them make it big again, I reckon they'll do well though, certainly a top 20, and of course the runners up (1D, Rebecca & Cher) of the X Factor will release singles most of which will make it top 10 if not top 5.

and I'm sure more but I honestly don't know many new artists at the moment who will break through. so that's my predictions.

gaga will literally rule once again

    kanye+jay z- say no more

matt cardle wont have anything out until the end of the year, it's what they always do with x factor winners, maybe one number one if that

jessie j and natalia kills are gonna be huge i think.

and i also really like the naked famous, i think they are gonna be a big band. this is my favourite song from them http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCcUXEC5_eU

Xmas and New Year is such a quiet time for artists to release new songs, the chart is basically the same as it was a month ago (obviously there are a few modifications =/)

Anyway, GaGa will be big as will the X Factor contestants (I heard somewhere that X Factor isn't going to be on this year, I wonder what will happen to the charts later this year if this is the case)

Jessie J will be big, Bruno Mars will have more hits (A cover of his 'Grenade' is already rising up iTunes)

Nero's popularity will increase, he's already huge on the Dubstep scene.

pretty stoked for that kanye/jay z thing.

a new madvillain album should be out pretty soon.

radiohead will probably have their next album out this year, last time they spoke about it they said it was near finished.

beastie boys i think are finally going to put out hot sauce committee

james blake i thought was going to make a breakthrough, but his album already leaked and i listened to it and was a little disappointed. the entire album is pretty slow, i was expecting a bit more substance and climax.

Well gaga will continue to be big,

I think Matt will get one more hit but, i'm not sure why, i don't think he'll be successfull in the longterm.

Some xfactor winners will get a hit or two, particularly rebecca i think.

Christina aguilera will make a bit of a comeback, partially because of her movie.

Black eyed peas as usual will get another few hits, however i really hope they improve their quality of music again as it has dropped recently especially when they destroyed the ''time of my life'' dirty dancing song.

I think the script will have a few hits again, and we might see some older boy/girl bands like take that having some more success this year
