Trying to get one that doesn't envolve must questing.

Chaos Tunnels / Ape Atoll i believe?

Skeletons at Ape Atoll are best exp/hour but if you don't want to do Monkey Madness then you could try Nechyraels in the Chaos Tunnels if you have 80 Slayer. You usually make your money back through seed drops and rune boots etc. There's a good guide here:

Or you can chin mummies in the Chaos Tunnels.

personally i did mummies and it was pretty fast, although the no loss on the nechs seems prety interesting

Mummies in the chaos tunnels are pretty good, around 130k xp an hour and you make about 400k/500k a trip. Thankfully since the wilderness has been re-introduced it seems to be a lot more empty than it used to be as well. Before I would have to switch world about ten or fifteen times to find one with no one around, but lately I have just been logging in and the mummies have been free!

training ranged with red chinchompas ken. they can hit more than one target at once so are fastest ranged exp
