    Default iPhone help (+14 REP)

My friends iPhone has frozen meaning she cannot slide to unlock and the reset button broke ages ago.

Is there any other way she can reset it?

    Thanks

Hold the home button and the off button at the same time for around 30 seconds. / try connecting it to itunes.

The holding the button idea is probably the best way to try. Last time I did it there was no hope so I had to reset the iPhone on itunes, PEST hm.

    Off button is broken too!

Plus you need a password when you connect to iTunes but because it's locked she cannot type it in!

If nothing works then get a new one haha.

Let it die then plug it into iTunes to charge it

Or if it's fully charged.... try popping the sim card out of it, I'm sure that does something, never done it myself though.
