Hmm, the bit underneath the menu seems to take up too much space (where the call buttons are, and the bit below). Seems wasteful when the screen could take up a bit more of that space and the menu buttons could be moved down to go around the single button at the bottom.

According to a few sites, it is likely to be released this week. So I guess it's safe to say the first half of February

Yeah but if you've got large thumbs and using the trackpad you wont end up touching the touch-sensitive buttons which is a pro but like you said they could of made the screen a bit bigger but o well still a nice design
