There's a free app by Nike which you can get from apple which has loads of workouts on which can be done on your own at home with little equipment, I think all you really need are some dung bells, a skipping rope and a medicine ball but even these aren't totally necessary. You can decide how you want to exercise (Lose weight, tone etc), what level you are at and what areas of the body you want to target or if you just want to do a general workout to lose weight. There are 15 minute workouts, 30 minute workouts and 45 minute ones to choose from. I just thought I'd share this because I know there are lots of people who want to exercise without having to leave the house and go to the gym. Also, this app times you and tells you when to change what you're doing; (the workouts consist of lots of mini workouts varying in length from 10 seconds to 2 minutes)
Oh and the app is called "Nike Training Club". It's something like 600mb though so isn't a small file but I think it's the best app for it's purpose and is worth it![]()
