Ice Ring Badges

One of these badges I don't understand how you get, it's the one with the description "Catch me if you can" It's called Speed Skater I think. Can someone tell me what you actually have to do to get it?

Ice Ring, do you mean the Tag game thing. It's basically IT on ice, and when your IT you are like glowing a yellow colour and you move past someone and you tag them

You can 'boost' this badge by getting a friend to stand on the ice with out and alternate between two spaces either on banzai teles or just moving.
Search 'Whizzer' on habbo to see for yourself, it takes about 30 minutes to an hour to get the XX badge

It's ice tag, theres a wired room which does this for you so you can get the badge. I'd give the room owner but it's in my favourites and I can't remember!
