    It's been a long time since I've posted here. Just curled my first 57.5kg at home, some backswing but happy all together.

    Anyone here interested in going the gym? Working out? Physical activity. I just started swimming myself with Laura, it's like high intensity fast lane swimming every thursday

    I'm doing my work out now so any comments on how to improve would be greatly appreciated. I have decided to lay off the protein shakes, I used to use them but I don't work out enough to use them now i don't think (every 4 days)

    I tend to go to my gym atleast 3 times a week.

    try to work different muscles on different days and you should be good.

    as for protein shakes, i take the maximuscle one and its been working for me.. just gotta keep taking it

    To be honest a lot of people tell me to work other muscle groups. I've only really worked my biceps, a little tricep and my chest since July. Biceps have been training for over a year now

    I jog every morning and take my dog out in the evening, and go to college gym once a week.

    I go to the gym every other day, often in the morning, mostly because im the morning kind of person.

    However i reccomend you do some exercises both when you wake up in the morning and also before you go to bed.

    the way i do it is something like the below:

    Monday: Cardio
    Tuesday: Arms/chest
    Thursday: Legs
    Sat: Stomach/swimming

    not my actually work out but you get the point, on each visit i do till fail pretty much, then you get a days rest or so on those muscles while u work something else.

    Has anyone had any problems with injury from gym?

    I wouldnt say ive had any injurys, most ive come accross is when i used to get Shin splints.

    shin splints??? that sounds nasty!

    I just get aching of the bicep and arm/shoulder. Plus i tore my shoulder before :[
