It's been a long time since I've posted here. Just curled my first 57.5kg at home, some backswing but happy all together.
Anyone here interested in going the gym? Working out? Physical activity. I just started swimming myself with Laura, it's like high intensity fast lane swimming every thursday
I'm doing my work out now so any comments on how to improve would be greatly appreciated. I have decided to lay off the protein shakes, I used to use them but I don't work out enough to use them now i don't think (every 4 days)![]()
