Please could someone do me a report on dragon eggs / dinos and tell me if there prize is going to raise or go down.

Habbox staff can only give a guesstimate. They do not know whether a piece of furniture is going to go up or down, until it happens.

ollieolliefab was selling one yesterday (I'm pretty sure that was his name) he started the price at 590, then dropped it to 580 which then someone subsequently brought from him, I was in the room at the time. I also included this in my rare values report. I'd say about 590c valuation. As for their price I'd say it was still fairly stable. No rise or fall for now is my prediction, but rares like these are very hard to predict.

Exactly.

Get so many people thinking we actually change the values ourselves, like we are the regulators of what happens.

This is why i hate to give people estimates on what happening, as sometimes it doesn't and i get angry people at me
