    Default Major hack?

Quite recently i know a few people that have been hacked and nothing was taken just rooms were trashed and rarely something was taken. most of my friends have been hacked including me sometime last week. Ive scanned my computer and nothing was seen as a threat! is this some sort of major hack?

Something like this happened to my clone account, but I had nothing on it to take anyway, pass was changed though. Strange.

A number of things can be down to this.

    1. If you link habbo to your msn, facebook and any sort of email that can be accessable to others.
    2. You have downloaded a virus, keylogger, trojan etc
    3. You have shared your account with someone else

What I suggest to do is:

    1. Download Avast Anti-Virus, run a scan and keep it on all the time!
    2. Seperate your emails, have a GMAIL EMAIL for Habbo, DO NOT link it to your msn whatsoever! Have a different gmail email for different accounts e.g. 1 for Habbo, another for habboxforum, another for msn etc
    3. Use common sense! Don't clikc links you are unsure of, if something seems wrong, it probably is!

If you ever need help on what to do quickly, search xxMATTGxx on Habbo and go to the Habbox Help Desk

If the only sign that something is different on an account, is that one of the room's has furniture moved.. Then surely its more realistic that somebody with rights to the room has moved the furniture rather than thinking somebody has gone to the trouble of gaining access to an account just too move a few pieces of furniture.

And in regards to it happening too a lot of your friends could be one of two things. Either you attract a certain type of person as a friend, ones that are too trusting or too stupid to maintain control of their account. OR more likely the 'Cry wolf syndrome' is coming into play, people just pretend they have been hacked, for attention and then it just spreads.

I've never been hacked on habbo, and I don't really have any protection on my computer. Try watching out what websites you go on, if it's a website you're unsure of, simply don't go on it. Even if it's a friend, has I have loads of dodgy friends trying to scam me in the past.
