It's just shoving some text on a print screen, and outlining a habbo in white and putting it on there as well. Not much to it but no real errors.

I agree with the two post's above... its just a print screen of the Help Desk, A imported font, imported habbo pic then bordered in white...

also the font is huge and looks too crowded

And looking at this picture you have drawn the border which there are other ways to do it than just drawing it because the right side is bigger than the left side.
