Okay - so I posted here like a month ago(?) about that 16 year old girl...I'm still thinking about what to do. But now there is also a girl I met whilst on a school trip - she's French, but I really like her, she's closer to my age, and we talk like every day. And there's also a girl from my old school who I saw a few weeks ago who I've been talking to a bit.

Argh I dunno. It's too hard to choose.

Here are the pros & cons of each:

16 year old:
Pros - More mature, funny, fit
Cons - Older - therefore less likely to say yes, only see her twice a week

French girl:
Pros - My age, VERY fit, funny, talk all the time
Cons - she lives in France

Old friend:
Pros - She's not half bad, I could see her every day
Cons - Don't want to ruin 11 year friendship, not as fit as the other 2.

It seems like you've already made the decision, that you prefer the 16yo you're just scared she'll say no, but if the worse comes to the worse and she says no, then you have two other options, aye.

Speaking from experience trying to have a long distance relationship, it's incredibly difficult especially the longer it goes on as you develop more and more feelings yet you don't see them, it's hard.

And there is no point settling for somebody because it's an easier option because it will never last, you'll get bored.

I think maybe you were taken aback by the lovely French babe and now you are in some sort of honeymoon phase where you talk all the time and seem to really get on and then one day the boredness will strike. If you go out with her it's not really a proper relationship as such as you can't really do anything with her and you and her would have to travel to the Uk/France whenever is possible so the finance side is bad too. Also, with it being long distance you don't know what the other one is actually getting up to whilst away from each other!

On the other hand, you have the old friend and you don't want to ruin the friendship, which is understandable, but you've only been retalking for about a week surely you can't really decide whether you want her or not yet. Yes, you could see her everyday, and she may not be the most attractive but then again she may not want a relationship with you or vice versa.

Anyway, I've probably confused you, and myself for that matter. I think the best thing to do is let time take it's course a bit, see if your French friend and yourself grow apart after a while, same with the others.

#1 - "Mature" and "Fit" don't really belong in the same sentence.
