    Default Rate my cable management

Just totally redid the inside of my PC since I got a new motherboard and cpu cooler.

Sorry the picture is a bit dark

Also the new cpu cooler seems to be hotter than my last one for some reason :S I applied 2 thirds of the paste that came with it. At first it was idling at around 40 degs, now down to 35 idle. Do I just need to let the thermal compound wear in?

    Pretty reasonable.

How much paste did you apply? Too much is bad.

did an even thin layer. also wiped the cpu clean of the old stuff from the last cooler. I guess these temps are manageable at the moment, but if they start going up or it restricts how far I can overclock i'll try a different brand of compound. (This stuff is just a tube that came with it)

I'm estimating it's around £1400 at the moment. About to send back the old motherboard for a refund.

That's really tidy. What is the white cable towards the bottom connected to?

that one would be the card reader mounted in the front, and the one next to it the usb ports built into the case.

It takes 2-3 days for the paste to work fully.
