    Default Mac Bootcamp Problem

    Hello!

I've got a macbook pro (OS X) and I partitioned the hard drive for Windows XP. I used the bootcamp assistant to do this. After windows was installed I recieved a message "Disc Error - Press any key to restart".

For a start, none of the keys work and I've tried plugging in a usb keyboard, not working.

When I shut it down using the power off button, turn it back on, I get the same screen...

    Help please?

Erm, sounds like its buggered you HDD in some way, download a partition manager, burn it to a disk and boot from that, if you can?

I've seen elsewhere that I can boot from disk by holding C on boot, I've done that and inserted my other xp disk, hopefully this will help. Its currently on Windows is loading files, we'll see!

Also, when you turn the power on, hold down ALT and select Macintosh HD if you need to get back into Mac OS X.
