    I very much doubt you can, I believe it's done through your network provider. Type into Google "Blocking numbers x"

    x = your network provider

    I tried to do this before, apprently you gotta jail break it then down load this app, I didn't want to do this to my phone and I doubt you will to mark Other than that I'd contact your network.

    I would ring up your mobile provider up and explain the situation. They should be able to block the number.
