After a day of intense revision, how do you "cool down" and try to not stress yourself?
I find it really hard to and I just end up getting worried that I won't fit everything in.

i don't really do intense sessions, just an hour then a break for 10 minutes otherwise i won't remember anything. i don't decide to reward myself or plan doing something afterwards because i end up thinking of it when i should be studying and do it anyway. i usually just give the first 2 hours when i wake up to to myself for food + fun then stop studying around 4pm but to destress in general it would probably be a bath and chocolate

play runescape or something and go pk then you get even more angry if you die or if they are losers. then it counters the stress. same with black ops
