    Default IP collision?

    well everytime my laptop and my phone (milestone) is connected to the wifi it seems to bring up a message on my pc saying ip has clashed etc and then the router wifi goes off ect but internet stays on, so i have to turn the router on and off, how can i fix this?

    Go into your router settings and change it there. It would depend on your router make where to go.

    Go to CMD > ipconfig

    Take a note of all the information.

    Go to control panel > Networking > Network Adapters > Right click your connection > Properties > Click IPv4 TCP/IP or something > Properties.

    In there put:
    Address: x.x.x.150 (depending on the info you got from CMD under "Address")
    Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
    Gateway x.x.x.x (depending on the gateway info you got from CMD)

    DNS:
    8.8.8.8
    8.8.4.4 (these are Google's).
