We wiped my laptop to make it quicker or somethin I dunno, my step mum did it she works with computers. And it used to have photoshop and now we try and load it on again and it doesn't work. It'll install but when the computer tries to restart it keeps shutting off and doing all these stupid things and then when it finally comes back on, photoshop isn't there so we have to do the whole thing again without success. This happened to anyone else or does anyone know how to resolve it?

Yeah, just not working. It'll download from the disc we bought a few years back PhotoShop Elements 5.0 but it won't install properly.
