    Default iPod touch 4g help

Ok so i was going to jailbreak my ipod because i got a new ipod and decided i was going to re jailbreak it on this one. So i went to jailbreak it with greenpoision and that failed. So i tried limerain, Failed again. Now its stuck in restore mode and ive tried holding sleep and home but that doesnt work.

I asked my friend at school how i fix that (i think he said its bricked) and he said "the only way to fix it is to jailbreak it with redsnow", So i done that, downloaded the firmware 4.3.4 (iPod4,1_4.3.4_8K2_Restore.ipsw) and i downloaded redsnow. When i browse for the ipsw file and put it in redsnow so it can process it, it says that it is unable to find the file when my ipods firmware is 4.3.4. I've also tried restoring my ipod on itunes and that didnt work so i assume that my ipods bricked.
