Scammed.. By habbo :S

I bought 25c from a mobile phone..
went though the process blah blah blah..
they took the money..
and I didn't get the credits... I've reloaded like 100 times..
and i've contacted habbo over 30minutes ago and they still are NOT replying
what shall I do?

It will take longer than 30 minutes for Habbo to reply... it's Habbo what do you expect. Seeing as it's Sunday you won't get a reply. Best wait for the new week before expecting anything. Good luck getting it all sorted!

Oh jesus .. thanks , my sister reminded me i had this problem before but they gave it back to me in like 2 hours

It'll prob take upto 10 days to get a reply, does it not give you an Email to contact if something goes wrong?

My friend lewis, had multiple problems with that service and lost lots by it. Habbo didn't refund or even care.

Just looking at my messages, it does give you help instructions to text HELP to a specific number or call a help line. Here is instructions on the Habbo Help Page.

This happened to me today as wel... I bought 39 credits using my debit card and it said that I should have the credits when i log into habbo, so i logged in and i don't have them :/
