10 year old killed?

I've just been on facebook and alot of my friends are posting stuff saying a 10 year old kid in a Celtic shirt has been stabbed to death by a rangers fan.

If this is true, and i really hope isnt. But if it is this really sickens me.
Taking life for no reason? such a shame.

Anyone know if its true?

Purely rumour at this stage it seems. A search on Twitter reveals similar to what you're saying but lots pointing out there's no articles confirming such a thing. I've also had a scour of the news and can't find anything.

Thankfully I think this is just a rather successful but sickening viral rumour.

Was actually a 15 year old boy. Got attacked by 4 other teens, that ran off into a car driven by a woman... probably should mention that he's not dead. In a bad way, but stable.

Happened at 12.45, so the game was already under way.

It happens all the time I think Obama has been assassinated a few too many times to be considered healthy, and there were reports on a terrorist attack at the site of 9/11 a few months ago which was also just fake news that spiralled out of control.

If it is true, which I hope it isn't, then naturally it's sickening. But if it's false, then it's just another random viral news article, but it uses a child that isn't famous or well known, unlike the normal viral articles.
