QUESTION****************

ok, pretty hard as i dont speak a single of word portuguese but i signed up when the hotel opened and made possibly one of the most sort after name in the hotel 'Moedas' < their currency in the hotel.
I logged on a few days ago and use a translator to find i was 'perm banned' for no reason? have no idea how to unban the account becuase i doubt theyll understand an english speaking email. ideas please?

I used to be Wig on Habbo UK, then one day out of the blue I was perm banned for "trying to sell habbo names on a website". Undoubtedly someone was trying to scam people buy telling them they could by my account because it had a cool name or whatever. Habbo weren't interested in unbanning me as I couldn't prove it wasn't me and the account got deleted. Wonderful. Might be something similar for you?

I thought that as 'Moedas' is plastered all over their site, they're worried i'de be mistaken for staff or a bot or w.e? verryyy confused
