You don't need to trade them, just make a 720square room and assign a group to that room, then give the person with the slopes admin rights and they can put them down and get you the achievement

People are doing it for like 5c - .Limitless did it for me.

You need 160, aha. I'd suggest you'd just make a group, it's a lot easier and you won't really find anyone that would give many.
