The person dealing with my help request has only now decided to ban me, after I submitted a ticket saying my account was compromised - 48 days ago. I did then reply saying I had the account back, but they decided to ignore that and ban me! Should be unbanned soon anyway, but it's annoying that they never seem to read everything I write.

This is the reason that comes up:
You have been banned! The reason for the ban is "Please write to Habbo Help tool for more information about this ban." The ban will expire at 7/4/23 8:57 PM (GMT +0000) Eastern Time.
