Getting Level 20 on dogs

Hi,

Well heres some stats as i've heard its about stats;
Scratched ~ 323
Age ~ 2101

Its level 19, about 2000 of level 20, but hes ether unhappy or hes happy and his energys low like what the hell?
Its really hard to level him up aha

I remember scratching my pets helped a bit, maybe feed him or give him water too.

Give him a toy, some water and food.

give it food as you would a normal dog and it'll be content and energetic rather than starving it then expecting it to do tricks

Can't add much to what the rest below have said - certain pets like certain furni, like some like grass patches so if you placed some of them in the room that he's in it may work.

I have my Licorne (I can't find a translation for this word in English - is it Unicorn or Unecorn) on Habbo FR named Dauphine and I built her a nice stable. I give her a bucket of horse food per day and always refill her water. She seems to be leveling up quickly. I also have a max level kitten.

and yeh ross you can't expect it to level up if you aren't feeding it hahahahaha.
