You mean how do you Stream music? You use a program called Sam Broadcaster Or you can use other programs that stream And you connect to info And just play/talk

Well the DJs use Sam Broadcaster. You can get a free radio site at www.listen2myradio.com , http://freestreamhosting.org/ orhttp://www.freeshoutcast.com/
You could always purchase a Shoutcast Server but you're best to start with a free one
