The rare plant seeds minimum level 8 are worth over 100c. I have bred my 2 plants and got a level 9. Does anyone know how much its worth?

It would really depend on the buyer I believe, the last time I knew of a level 10 selling was about 90 credits but for a level 9 it may be considerably less as more players may want the rarest one.

However, @JerseyShore; may be good to ask too as I think he's witnessed trades of Seeds .

What? They used to be worth that but they are worth considerably less now. Level 10's have been selling for 70-80c, level 9's 50c or so if you're lucky.

Level 8s really aren't that rare and I've seen several sold 20c each. So for your level 9 try selling it for maybe 50c, then if it doesn't sell you will have to lower the price!
