    Default DONT SLEEP.

    First of all I want to say I lied. I do sleep but in the day time.

    I normally go sleep at like 6 - 7 am every morning and wake up at 2 - 3pm. Is this bad for me even though I get a load of sleep?

    And I go back to school soon so how can a break this habit? (I find it hard to get to sleep unless I'm really tired}
    i used to put the names of my favourite singers here... then i realised nobody cared

    I don't think it's particularly bad for you, but it's something you probably want to change. It's easy to slip into these bad sleeping habits in the holidays so if you try going to bed slightly earlier each night then you should get back on track.

    It's not bad for you, however if you continue to do so and it be 2 days before you go back to education, you're going to not want to fall to sleep. So about a week before (or now) try and get your sleeping pattern back to normal and go to bed an hour earlier every 2 days or something?
