Default Not quite sure on my problem.

My phone seems to work, but it only works when it wants to. I can leave it on charge and nothing happens, but it might just decide to work later on. Is my battery knackered or am I doing something wrong? +rep.

Is this only while charging? If so, it might be worth trying a different charger (best to borrow one if you're not sure just to test) as it could be that which is broken rather than the phone itself. I had one charger that has to be in a very specific position to work because part of the wiring is dodgy while other work fine 100%, and it's certainly a lot cheaper to get a new mini-USB cable than a new phone

Have you tried moving the charger cable around to see if it will charge?
Have you dropped it recently or anything?

well it's decided to turn on once again and be fully charged. Considering getting another phone, thanks for the help! It'll all work out.
