What a high quality operating system they are building there. They must of put a lot of thought into the user interface. They are truly innovative in design.

In regards to the video, that definitely wont be in the final version. Microsoft don't throw millions of dollars at UI development for nothing.

Also, it looks to be some sort of programming glitch throwing the tile window manager features into Aero. Possibly an integration test.

Well done for reading a crap article on Engadget who report such news about Windows 8 after everyone else has! I recommend you read: http://www.winrumors.com/microsoft-t...-8-start-menu/ and obviously this is not a final version. I can also see that black start menu being used for touch devices, obviously the bar wouldn't be aero as it doesn't match but Microsoft have not said "This is the final version" when it isn;t, they are still working on it and you should understand that.

You lot are fools. This is a very early (Alpha? Possibly not even that) build where MS are trying new things etc, I doubt it'll look anything like that in the final build.
