I think it is sick tbh. A lot of people struggle with self harm and it shouldn't be made a joke of. If someone is actually addicted to self harming and they open a picture of this, it will trigger them. Self harm is not a joke.

lol yeah i saw this earlier and i honestly can't see what the fuss is with him smoking. his 'fans' need to get over it.
