eh this happened to me when i was still in school. wanted to stay at home and relax as i got older so started avoiding my friends. i had a friend who would get really upset if i didn't go to her house (i got homesick lol but didnt want to admit it) as she felt it was something personal to her and i ended up losing her cause she thought i had no time for her. kinda sucked at the time but then made me realize i had nothing in common with her. i guess make sure they know it's nothing personal and it's how you want to be but i know of a lot of people who have closed themselves off and ended up with no-one including myself. AND THAT'S WHY WE'RE ON HABBOXFORUM.

Well do you ask them to do things in return? If you do, what do they say? If they agree to help you is it fair if you say no as they could be in the same boat as you. I'd attempt to help them when you feel in a less of a cba mood as if you really want them to stay your friend and vice versa then help them. I know what you mean thought as I've been in the same situation.

You can't spend your entire life trying to make your friends happy. Remember that most friends aren't forever, and as time goes on they'll be replaced. If they're asking you to do things that you don't necessarily want to or have time for, maybe you're starting to grow apart already.

My advice would be to do what makes you happy, whether or not it includes them - there will always be new people to meet wherever you decide to go with your life.
